I expected more at my visit today then what was provided. The service representative was confused on why I was scheduled an oil change at 3000 miles, when that was set by a Jeep employee for my first appointment for the brand new car per the warranty requirements. My concerns with my brand new vehicle were not addressed nor did they make me feel like I was a valued customer. I am disappointed at the level of expertise the representative provided.

They were unable to determine what was wrong with the sound system to fix it. I have brought it in multiple time for the same issues with no resolution. It’s extremely frustration, especially being on a BRAND NEW 2019 vehicle!!

First my key FOB worked fine when we dropped off the car. The when we picked it up it wasn’t ( I think it was Chrissy who helped my wife) she said it wasn’t working and to call if there was a continued problem with it. 2nd we have a large scratch down the passenger side of the car that was NOT there. My wife noticed it immediately when picking up the vehicle and sent me a pic of it.
