I specifically asked for my fuel system to be serviced if it’s on the warranty or not when I made the appointment and it was not done all my warning lights and reminders for my truck to be serviced are still there how do I know the oil was even changed or oil filter was changed terrible service I will not be going back and I’m going to figure out how I can get my money back for my warranty.

Customer service between David and the service manager were far below my expectations. For the whole time my car was at the dealership I had to call to get any updates. I felt that they weren’t concerned about getting my car fixed even though we had a strict deadline. I had to call chrylser myself to get an answer on what needed to happen next to fix my car. I felt that I never got any feedback from the service department and was very frustrated on how long it did take for my car to be fixed. But more than anything the lack of communication between myself and service department was the most frustrating part of the process!

I came in for a basic oil change, and to ask how often my Chrysler 200s computer should be checked for updates as last year my car when my car had it's multitude of defective thermostat issues, I had to wait many hours as it's computer was out of date and I wanted to prevent that from happening again. I asked very specifically for a quote of cost prior to booking my appointment yesterday. I was quoted 45 to 80$ on the high end. Although I thought the variance seemed odd, seeing as it seems logical that your staff should know how much it costs to service a Chrysler seeing as any other company seems to be able to quote accurately. I brought my car in apx. 15 mins early and was told it would be about an hour before it was ready. I asked again about the computer issue and was not answered. Then I was presented a bill for 120$. I asked why I was being charged double what I was quoted. He checked the computer, said the labor added incorrectly and that the Chrysler 200 required an extra quart of oil. He then took 20$ off the total and billed me just under $100. I left furious. I believe your company is misogynistic and goes out of there way to overcharge and mistreat women. Every experience I have had with your company has been deplorable, your staff is rude and condecending. This has been my consistent experience over 2 years and 5 different occasions I have needed to come in. I am completely disgusted and feel like I was ripped off entirely. My car was finished in 30 mins. I saw them park it almost 40 mins before I received my car is ready text. I recieved deplorable service that took less then half an hour to do and then was grossly overcharged. Thanks, but no thanks to your "women's" upcharging.
