stealerships are a joke. overpriced, low quality work. that is what I think of car dealerships and kristyn made my visit pleasant.

I have been trying to get my Radio Head unit fixed for 3 months now. Today I wasted 2 hours just to be told that you ordered the wrong one. This has been very frustrating. From being told it wasn't covered under my extended warranty when it was, to having to make appointments numerous times and still not getting it fixed. I used to think highly of your service department.
Im worried that this will continue with my Gladiator that I have on order.
