I am new to Ram and want to use your service, but it is extremely inconvenient and expensive. Today I came in for an oil change, fuel filter change, and fill up of DEF. The process took over 3 hours, cost over $500, and Austin forgot about the DEF fill up. I came back and asked about the DEF and he told me to buy some on Amazon and save money. I explained that I am capable of pouring liquid into my truck, I came in for service, and I was now in a hurry. No remedy was offered. I had made an appointment two weeks in advance specifying these services and when I arrived the “system” did not know I needed new fuel filters. I understand that mistakes are often made, but this was a lot of mistakes. Also I do not understand why fuel filters cost $100/each and it costs $190 to install them. I specifically asked about this and no explanation was provided. There is absolutely no way I can afford service at this cost and inconvenient amount of time. It will be way faster and inexpensive to perform this service at home myself.

The service agents were outstanding. From making the appointment with Darcy to my check in with the service advisor. The check in was as soon as I arrived as i was greeted as I exited my Jeep. The problem lies or is caused by me sitting there for TWO hours with the belief my jeep headlight was being attended to. I was told after waiting for two hours that the dealership does NOT work on aftermarket items. I cant believe I had to take over THREE HOURS of vacation time to be told the service couldnt be performed on my vehicle! Further more, I can’t believe my Wrangler was in the shop for service to the headlight as well as the reverse light and NO ONE NOTICED THEY WERE AFTERMARKET UNTIL TWO HOURS LATER? What type of organization is this and what are you all trying to pull as nothing was done or recognized for two hours!!!! I would have been fine if that was addressed as soon as the vehicle went to the back. This isn’t the first time I have had issues with the technicians as there is a noise coming from my driver door that somehow cant be identified and the last technician stated it might be resolved with a $300 part that cant be guaranteed to work. Why would I, any Jeep owner, and especially my Jeep friends go to West Hills for any major repair?
