I did not appreciate being told that my A/C was set on defrost.
The fact that the tech (obviously not an actual mechanic) would chalk my problem off to operator error without even checking was insulting,
Nothing was done to correct the problem with the radio/control center.
So in essence the oil change and A/C recharge took 7 hours.
Nice. And it took weeks to even get in for this fiasco.

First off we dropped our car off with the agreement that you all would call when you found the problem. You did not, call and you all just fixed it, and refilled the ac unit. But this car is only three years old, and ac don’t just run out. You tryed to charge us 500 to have this fixed. So then we no we are not paying this. And now it’s day three of me not having a car. Today you called to say you know what we want to run a test to see if we can find a leak. So now again I still have no car ans no has called to tell us what is going on.so tomarrow is day four no car and we are angery to say the least. Worst customer service ever !
