I waited 5 months for the camera I ordered, which I know there are lots of variables that go into shipping and receiving.
I scheduled a time to drop off my truck for an oil change and installation of back up camera. Dropped it off on time, was quoted 2-3 hours. Came back 4 hours later after no update. Was told come back tomorrow. The next day received a call at 11 am saying installation was quoted improperly, and that it would be closer to 4 hours. I’m happy with the finish’s led product. However, unhappy that it took a day and a half and the price of labor doubled from what I was originally quoted. Mostly, the communication was terribly poor. If realistic expectations were set from the beginning i could deal with it.

Very personable and professional staff. However, this symptom has been obvious since the day I bought this car. I brought it back the first week I owned it and the service staff, also nice and professional, said the noise was normal. I feel that this should have been fixed in 2014.
