When I arrived there were 5 service writers at their desks. Zack was actually dealings my with a customer. Three of the 4 remaining service people chattted on the phone while another sat looks at his computer. Nobody would make eye contact or offer to help. I stood there for more than 10 minutes while being completely ignored by your staff. Zack finally finished with his customer and helped me. Zack did a fine just but the rest of you staff need to learn customer service. I would not recommend anyone to your service department so they can completely ignored by your unprofessional staff.

Paid almost 1000 for work that did not solve the problem. Asked for recall and several service items to be completed and none of them were done. Paid close to 100 per day for a rental truck and am still looking at another week plus to get my truck repaired by another party. Very disappointed and will warn others about having work done.

The reason I brought my vehicle to the shop to be worked on was for power loss which was never addressed or even acknowledged upon pick up . Any and all repairs covered by warranty weren’t even looked at but the repairs that were not under warranty were all completed and I paid for them. Your service seems agenda oriented I’ll be responding accordingly

Nothing was done addressing the problems we brought the truck in for. My husband ended up fixing one of them himself. Also, we were told by one of the technicians at a previous diagnostic appt. the fading radio problem was with the radio itself. The sound fades horribly and we were told at this appt. that it was normal FM signal fading. I guarantee if I were to test drive any new truck on your lot, the radios would sound great. By the way, the radio we had in the truck before the screen was broken in th accident, had a strong signal no matter where we were. Including places even our cell phones don't get service.
