Was quoted for a price of 950 from chrysler after asking around locally and being quoted at 1100 to 1400 after parts AND labor. Ended up paying over 1400 after everything was said and done which was the most expensive repair out of my repair quotes.

Oil change took 80 minutes. When I left the air vents were making a loud whistling sound so I turned around and came back. Waited in line again for my service advisor so I can let him know about the problem. Waited another 10 minutes and was told that the cab air filter assembly wasn’t put back together right.
I don’t require a call back. Maybe next time keep the wait time down to 60 minutes and put the automobile back together the right way to avoid silly mistakes.

Too few advisors and mechanics working on a Monday made the check in process horribly slow. The work was said would be done mid-day and by end of day I heard nothing. I called to see if it was ready and no answers, was on hold for 20 minutes till I was disconnected, tried again and was directed off campus who disconnected again. She did call back and said a shortage of mechanics was delaying everything. Received message that truck was done about 5, but was too late for me and I picked up in morning. Ironically Tuesday morning had 6-8 service advisors and no customers....staff Monday's better. Patrick was fine, lack of employees wasn't his fault.
