I was experiencing my Jeep Grand Cherokee jerking when pressing on the gas from a complete stop when the engine shuts off to save gas. They ran diagnostics and were not able to find anything however I still experience it from time to time. Seems like the gears get stuck or jump when the vehicle shuts off st a stop light and the auto stop/start button is not on.

My Jeep has been there 3 months to get seals fixed and when I came to pick it up today the one on the passenger door is sticking out when the door is closed! I’m not blaming Krys Giles at all because as busy as she is, she is always awesome! For almost $600 I would think the water guy would have paid more attention to detail! I will be bringing it back next Friday! Monica

For some reason, my service advisor didn’t call me back almost ever. My truck was there over a month. He or someone on his team forgot to send a diagnostic to the warranty company, prolonging their getting to check out the issues. Had he answered or returned my calls, it may have reminded him to send the diagnostic to the warranty company. Took my mother from Pittsburgh to call and complain to get ANYONE to call me back. Terrible customer service. Will not be coming back. Krys was nice.
