We have never had service on the vehicle except at your facility but the service person continues to insist we had. Also, we should not have to drive from Port Angeles to your business to stop an oil leak that was the result of an oil change at your business. I don’t even know where to begin about how disappointing the experience was. I suppose it could be summed up in the words of our “service advisor” when she said something akin to “the survey is a report card on me so if you don’t have anything nice to say don’t do the survey”. Nice. Professional. Instilling of confidence.

I made this appointment in February and here it is April and I the only part that had to be ordered wasn't placed until today. It was over a month in advance but now I have to come back later this week just to receive parts

Your people scammed my wife out of money and I can’t believe you are even asking me this question. If I had somebody I could complain to I would. I did this to myself by buying you **** up product.
