You didn't tighten the drain plug, so now the whole underside of my truck is covered in oil. The factory service interval is 7500 miles, but you stickered the next service for 4000 miles. The oil filter was not tight and had oil running down it. This was a terrible experience.

It took 9 hours for my car to get an oil change and detail. I took my car in at 7:30 AM and called at 1:00pm to get a status of my car. I was told the advisor was with a customer and would call me back. I called back at 4:00 pm and was told I would get a call back on status of my car. I was called back at 4:30 pm to let me know my car was finally ready for pick up. Yes I did have an appointment FYI. On top of that, I guess the detail team messed up my front windshield tint and broke the cover to my USB port on my media console. The only reason I didn’t bring it up was because I had to ship my car the next.

I dropped my vehicle off on 3/21 for an oil change and a the stereo having issues with the station presets. The appointment was for 3/27 but I told the Patrick Duncan that I would be leaving the car with them while I was away on a trip. I encouraged them to do some remote starts and to start the car by push button a few times to see if the radio stations would default to the factory settings. On 3/25, I received a message that the car was complete and that nothing was noted on the stereo, the software was up to date, and to bring it back when I have the memory issues. I had already asked one of your texhnicians about the stereo when I had the vehicle in for service in November and they said to call the company over the radio to make sure it was up to date. That should not be my problem when the vehicle is under warranty. I left the vehicle with you for an extended period of time so you could look at it when you had time and to try to replicate the problem. You worked on it in one day and did not do anything radio. Why are you not testing it over the next few days to replicate it? I offered photos to show how not all preset stations default back to factory settings. They technician didn’t want them. If it occurs again, what will be the next step? How long will my vehicle be in the shop? You have it now, get it fixed or at least try to diagnose the problem.

Did not find the issue with my truck I brought it in for the tire pressure monitor And a squeaky sound from the suspension. Its embarrassing to drive a 2019 ram with a squeaky sound while taken off.

Took 3 days to get the work done. When the truck was finished no one called to let me know the truck was ready. The customers copy of the invoice is not as complete as the dealerships copy.
