I came in for an oil change. The service person asked me if I wanted the tire rotation as well. Unaware of the included tire rotation with the oil and filter change I replied no. When I got home and reviewed my service agreement I learned that the tire rotation was included. Now I will have to make another appointment to have the tire rotation done. This could have been avoided if the service person informed me while I was at the service center.

I came home and checked my filters and tires and such and given my air filter was filthy I know that was not even touched which makes me question other services that were supposedly done. Your system was down so I didn’t get a receipt of print out anything on my car or if there were concerns or not given it was supposed to have 50 pt inspection and I got no feedback I’m thinking because it wasn’t actually complete given the time the car was gone. We were given questionable and vague responses by multiple people regarding the oil actually needed by my vehicle and what was being put into my car. I’m all honesty it was disappointing and now I feel like I wasted 100.00 for what seems like little actual services completed. Waiting around an extra 30 minutes for paperwork I never got didn’t help either

Well Zach was fast I wasent there all day like I thought I would be very good we will see if the problem got solved in acouple months thank you for your service I’ve had too come there four time since I’ve bought my car for one too pick up my license plates and come toobfind our they put them in backwards another time my computer had too be reset it just seems like since I’ve bought my car I’m having too drive from poulsbo for these little things hopefully now o won’t havevtoo come there til my oil change is due thank you

Jim Cannon is an outstanding service manager for Jeep Dodge. Prior to my encounter with him, I was unable to resolve my service issues over a six week period working with 2 other service representatives. Those issues included the following: Tire low pressure alarm & notification that one tire had a nail embedded in it (non-repairable), and malfunctioning window wiper unit. Jim patiently listened to the challenges then worked diligently to resolve them all, with clear, concise communication , excellent follow-through, and attention to detail. He also checked on my warranty status - regional & extended - to see if tire & winshield wiper unit was covered. All of my frustration melted as I sensed I was in exceedingly capable hands and my confidence was restored. Jim is a terrific asset for Jeep dealership and service department & I am appreciative of his responsive and advocacy on my behalf
