I purchased a car part in May with my rewards point and cash. I later returned the part within the 30 day time frame and received my cash back. I was told my reward point would also be refunded back to my account. When I recently returned to purchase the same part I as told that I did not have enough reward points and there was no record of me ever returning the part.

This dealership has been terrible at responding to my initial concern that the new car I bought had a flaw in the muffler and bumper. It took them over 15 months to correct it. And I still have a muffler that is dented even after the fix. Recommendation: over deliver and under promise. Garrett is a wimp.
