He was professional & helpful in keeping the cost down as much as was possible by using my reward points etc. He aided in making it a fairly smooth process in light of needing to keep the rental a few days due to working 3 days that are 17 hrs long for me & negated the option to picking up or dropping off my Jeep/the rental. Always great service with you all :).

My only issue is not with the local service, it’s with Dodge in general. I have a tail gate issue that is a Dodge known recall, but parts are not available to rectify the manufacturer defect. My shell hatch typically prevents the tail gate from inadvertently falling opening. If my shell hatch does not open, it means the tailgate has popped open and is an awareness to me for caution. Today that didn’t happen. I opened the shell canopy and without warning In the dark the tailgate fell open striking my left hip in a way that has strained an already injured lower back. This needs to be resolved. It’s a dangerous issue.

I got my car serviced and the price was absolutely outrageous. I will not be coming back anymore. Not only that, but when I was leaving I was told that everything else was fine, and then when I got home I looked at the papers, and more than one area of my car had been marked with the “needs immediate attention”. Having to pay $100 on an oil and filter change, and then not even be warned about my car, pretty poor service.
