Jim was fantastic. My only dissatisfaction was in the timing. I left my car for the day, for what was a very quick fix, and was told to return at 2pm and it would be ready. The job wasn't completed until 2:45. I had a 3pm appointment elsewhere that I ended up being late for.

The person I dealt with was extremely professional. I don't think the return for service mileage is accurate. Only allows around four Thousand Miles until next Oil Change this is a diesel truck and I believe manufacturer's recommendation is 7500 miles. This is something that seems to be a habit with your establishment

Your service department did not fix either one of the problems that I brought my truck in for. But my bill reflected that both items were fixed when he was very clear that it was not. I brought my vehicle in on my day off to get it fixed. I will be contacting the service department first thing Monday morning to try figure out what happen on getting my vehicle fixed. I am extremely dissatisfied with the service that I have received.
