Took jeep in for electrical work. Work completed satisfactory but radio no longer works. They asked me to reschedule to bring it back in. Radio worked when I brought it in the first time. I expect NO charges when I bring it back in.

Kyle went out of his way to resolve my issue with the oil leak after I just left from an oil change at Westhills. Assisted me with getting a tow truck to tow my truck back to Westhills, and got me a rental car. Kept me updated as to the status of the issue and repair.

Paul Long was incredibly rude and misunderstanding towards the questions and concerns we had regarding the $60 diagnostics fee. I was informed that my vehicle would not be worked on and touched until August 7th, so a reduced $120 down to $60 fee, is not reasonable for anyone. I was not informed of such fee or asked for an approval. Once we went to the service department we were expecting a mature compromise for this unfair fee, and we did not want to pay for it, considering a lot of other mechanic shops offer free inspections and diagnostics. We know because this is not the first time ive had to take a car to a shop. We were discussing this to Paul until he got upset, said “You people are something else.”. He then grabbed the key, tossed it on the desk and told us to leave. I asked what his name was, told him thank you for nothing and then went on to install the car battery. Minutes later he came over, greeted us with a handshake and gave us his “sincerest” apologies. I now quote “sincerest” because of this customer satisfaction survey, giving me the reason to assume he knew we would complain and he’d be in trouble... especially when i asked for his name.
