He deserves a promotion and payraise ASAP!!! Alex saved your company 50 potential lost sales and 1000s of dollars in the negative Google review I was going to write. He patiently and professionally listened and solved my problem with your jacked up miscommunication between your front office and service department causing me to have to come back. He wisely offered a discount to make up the difference between the three different pricing estimates by three different people for a simple inspection. I have lost faith and confidence in your overpriced service department and will look elsewhere. At least Alex saved you from losing future sales. He’s a keeper and your business will fail without him!!
