He was able to get replacement parts that weren't expected the next day which minimized my time without a vehicle. He was also very helpful when I had to immediately return because the check engine light came on.

It was by far the very WORST experience and service that I've ever experience anywhere for as long as I've owned a car; that is say quite a bit given that I'm in my 60s.
I took it in complaining that jeep pull hard to one side when I hit the brakes. They said that the **** number inspection would tell them what it is. Outcome charged $60 for front wheel alignment. Drove it home and nearly wrecked when hitting brake on highway. Took vehicle to Silverdale Autoworks. They drove it and jeep needed total brake job with new calibers. Problem fix.
#2. Lights in dash needed replaced. Charged me almost $600 for 6 light bulbs ($39 parts). Lights are now brighter but clock no longer works. I was questioned on whether clock was working when I brought it. Answer was YES. They said that they needed to do research on dash circuit board. Never heard back. I took dash apart following weekend. I could see fresh break in circuit board that appears to connect to clock. Assuming technicians must have taken board off and may have broken connector given it was old and kind of fragile.
Since I've not heard from Garrett, I ordered one from Morris 4*4. Hoping it will fix what you broke.
#3. Right door inside panel keeps pulling away. I was told it was fixed. All it needed was to be pushed back in. I've done that 100 times. The second you pull on handle to shut door, panel pulls away.
Garrett texted me over and over letting me know I'm in good hands. Letting me that you guys would get my jeep in before my appt. on Thur. Brought it in on Sat and left it with you for more than one week. Vehicle still wasn't ready when I got back into town on Monday. Wasn't ready till THUR.
Totally disappointed with quality of services. Price is very high. And very much felt like I was being called a liar. I am still waiting on Garrett to get back to me on what the situation is on the circuit board. He never replied back to my email sent last Friday. Its been two weeks with no response. Sounds like the hope is that I will forget about it and go away. You are correct, I am going away from WEST HILLS. Totally displeased.

Customer service was terrible. I walked in to get my Jeep, stood directly in front of the service writer whi checked it in. He didn’t even acknowledge that I was there. After shuffling thru his paperwork for 5 more minutes he walked back and grabbed mine. This clearly tells me he knew I was there but did not even look up to say a word when I walked in. Then the first thing said to me was “did you see your Jeep?”. This lack of customer service is so disappointing. A simple acknowledgement. That’s all. It goes a long way.

I believe that Tyler made the whole experience fun and rewarding. More of the service team should have similar personalities in that it makes the customers feel valued and serious with their concerns. He did a great job and I know not every customer can make a service center happy but I think he knew how to make the customer feel good. Great job

After expressing concern about my coolant level at the last two oil changes, and being told it was fine. Kyle looked at it with me and expressed concern that it was BELOW the low level line (just as it was at the last visit). Thankfully it got fixed this time. I'm concerned about what could've happened if it had gone unaddressed until my next oil change!
