Brought car in for a recall and it never got worked on. Called numerous times and they said they were checking on it but it never left the spot where it was dropped off. Never again will I bring anything there or buy a vehicle from your dealership. Horrible service

It's unsatisfactory that an obvious warranty claim can be denied by the local dealership, with the excuse being "that's what the computer says, and there's nothing we can do". Then, when given the telephone number for the Chrysler/Dodge customer, the person on the other end of the line clearly couldn't be bothered to understand my issue, getting lots of details incorrect during his rebuttal to my plea for simply covering what's written in black and white. So I'm dead-ended no matter what I do. You've created a system where the local dealer can pretend to be a good guy, by saying it's beyond their control, and pass responsibility to a faceless entity that has no motivation to help. It's not right. On a side note, Paul was very courteous. Morgan S

This is the 2nd time in a row that we have had the oil changed and theres oil spilled all over the engine. It burns off for weeks and smells bad. Also it creates us to be a quart low each time. Not happy about that at all.
