I have never been less satisfied with my interactions at a car dealership. Several weeks ago I brought my truck in for repairs. They fixed some things and broke something else. I noticed this on my drive home. I called Jim and told him about it. I think this was not put into the record. When I returned to get a radio replaced (part had to be ordered), I also wanted the part fixed that was broken during the previous servicing. That part is still broken because it wasn’t ordered several weeks earlier. Each time that I have to drive into your dealership, it is two hours round trip (gas, mileage, time out of my life). Jim not only seems disinterested in these issues, he seems over burdened by my customer needs- which is to get broken things fixed and then get things that were broken by the service department also fixed. This is an ongoing saga that should not be occurring. I should not be so utterly disappointed in my service. Yet I am. This last trip when I came to pick up my truck, I found two panels from the side of the center console laying on the floor of the front cab. This is shoddy, disrespectful customer service. The fact that these various issues continue to occur is beyond frustrating. I am not a valued customer.

I thought Paul was helpful and good to work with and gave me a small break on the labor, but in the end I had to buy a part for 1400.00 I did not need and it was a $300.00 part that was the fix. Your shop did not fully test the vehicle when I brought it in and picked it up first time and it was doing exactly what it was doing when I picked it up. After having to wait another week the 300 dollar part was installed and fixed the problem. This is also what the error code was saying was the problem. This is unacceptable. You should be able to come up with a better solution for diagnosing the problem and offered to return the part. Having bought four new cars from the Haselwood family I would expect something better. That was a lot of money wasted. Also I think at least some sort of contact by the service manager would have been thoughtful.
