Kyle Q was BY FAR the best service man you have. He was efficient and kept me informed about my car. He was very personable and friendly plus he smiled and seemed glad to serve me. All the scowling men in that dept with their faces in their computers and never acknowledging customers need to take helpful, smiling, friendly lessons from Kyle.

I was not greeted when I walked in. Wasn't even acknowledged. Four of five service desks were manned 1 of which was on the phone, another had a customer. Two young service mechanics flirted with a young lady seated at another station and the fourth saw me enter but turned away. The young man working with a customer finished up, Escorted the Customer out door and after shuffling and filing that paperwork he then asked how he could help. My car was done quick! But as I walked to the desk to check out. The two young service mechanics were standing in front of the desk. I waited for fist bumps and giggles and then they walked out to the parking lot. Honda has coffee baristas. :)
