Paul's service was outstanding as always. However, our entire day was wasted and nothing was done with our vehicle because we were told a diagnostic could not be ran on the vehicle due to the remote start being connected into the DOC. We spoke with Best Buy and this is not the case. However, we now have to take our truck to Best Buy have the remote start disconnected then make another appointment to have our original concern addressed when the radio was replaced in November.

I waited for 20 mins to pick up my car with multiple people standing around behind the counter. When I made the appointment I was told you needed the car all day for the repairs but no repairs were done. I was told I would get a call when the parts come in and could set up ANOTHER appointment to have it fixed this time.

One of the issues with my car is still not fixed despite you guys having my car for over a week. Krys really needs to work on her communication; I had several texts, calls, and emails that went unanswered and that was frustrating. I am going to go to another dealer te get the issue fixed because I no longer trust that I will get reliable service with you guys.

Garrett is great, I can see myself having a beer with him if he lived in my neighborhood. What I'm pissed about is the lack of attention to detail with the service department. I've spent over $2400 on 2 service calls so far and the issue still hasn't been resolved. Car is in the shop yet again for an additional $380 bucks. Once the issues are taken care of completely I will no longer go business with West Hills Dodge. As a matter of fact I'll be taking with my legal reasons about this also. I've contacted the BBB already and WHD is not associated with them.
Like I said, Garrett is great. Love the guy, just not WHD.

I scheduled my truck for a recall to have the water pump inspected and replaced, That is what the recall said. Mr. Long was the person to help me and he never gave me my recall notice back. The pump was inspected but not replaced.
The reason for not replacing it was the water pumps are back ordered, Now again I must take another day off work to get this done, and the availability/arrival of the pump is unknown.
This is the last vehicle that I will buy from west hills Dodge. The service people are very nice, The problem lies in the process of the service department. This happens to me there all the time, It is very frustrating and costs me hundreds of dollars to take off work time after time for the same issue.
