I was told that my repair was going to take 2 to 3 hours max... it turned out that my car was in service for 4 days and I had to find last minute transportation for my kids to get back and forth to school and to take care of the errands I needed to attend to. It was extremely inconvenient. Each day I called to find out the status of my vehicle with no information related at all exempt for being told my service rep, Krys, was not in... extremely frustrating.

Work wasn't done due to the specialist water leak person being I'll. Not Paul's fault but still frustrating after waiting 2 months for this appointment. Maybe another leak person should be hired or he could be there more than once a week since apparently Jeeps leak.

Jim Cannon provided us with EXCELLENT service!! He kept us informed & updated on the progress of the repairs. However the shop service was not up to par: no quality check on work performed, vehicle was returned back within minutes and took a week to get it back. The purpose of our visit was to install a back up camera.

I have an intermittent problem with Bluetooth dropping during calls that I was told nothing could be done until it completely fails. I didn’t find this to resolve my issue at all and I consider hands free calling a safety concern. There is plenty of people experiencing similar issues on the internet. I was also surprised to find out my bumper to bumper warranty did not cover the temperature controller that needed to be replaced. So far the likelihood of buying another vehicle from your dealership or Dodge/Chrysler/Jeep is not very likely.
