Why was my truck driven over eight miles. Looked like it was driven like a race car. Changed the water pump. I was about an 8th of a tank of gas gone. My G2 cover over the bed was opened. It only opens like that when jumping over bumps. Or somebody opened it. The recall for the gear shifter transmission issue was not addressed by you. A friend of mine took his 2014 3500 in and was told that they checked his and did an update to software to fix it. Why was mine not done. I was told there was no fix to it last Saturday when I was getting my oiled changed. So why is someone telling other people they have a fix for that. When my truck was delivered to me the paper work was just handed to me and was told yep they got all the plastic out. This is the worst experience I have ever had at your dealership. It is like your counter people have no people skills. What happened?

#1. When I made my appointment, I was not told that Paul was my advisor.
I walked through the service doors, stood around for over 5 minutes and not one person, welcomed me...didn’t even make eye contact! Finally, after leaving and coming back in, Khrys came over to help me. You need more women in your front service center..will see if anything is different when I come back in next Thursday for more service!

Kristin put us in touch with chrysler customer care who ended uo helping pay for the cost of the repair since it should have been repairef in ga unfer the warranty. Overall excellent experience.
