Tyler was absolutely fantastic and provided me the best experience I’ve ever had at West Hills. However as typical, the service department is an absolute joke and is tiresome to deal with. This is the 5th time I have had an issue with the service I’ve received on my vehicle and I have had nothing done to rectify any of them except receiving a “we’re sorry”. Once again I will be bringing my truck back to the shop and wasting more of my time over a simple and stupid issue that should never have existed. I was charged $115 for diagnostic work on the mirrorors which don’t move with the switch. Before diagnosis my observation was “the mirrors don’t work”. After diagnosis and $115 out of my wallet your service Dept. reported that the “mirrors don’t work. It may be the switch or the mirror itself. We won’t know until we replace the switch”. Why did they charge me for confirming what I already told them and not calling to ask if I wanted to replace the switch? When I asked if the diagnostic charge would be deducted from the repair bill if I ordered the work I was told that it wouldn’t be. So, I paid $115 for nothing except a check to see that they didn’t work which I already knew. I think that if I decide to have the mirrors fixed the diagnosis should be included. If the diagnosis had said definitively that the switch was fine and the problem was in the mirrors I can except that as a fair value for the charge since they could eliminate the switch from the future repair. Buy if I order the repair they won’t know any more than they knew before the diagnosis. Not happy, Michael E

I know I gave a shopping list of items that needed to be looked at, and with snow starting to fall, she was on the techs to get the answers needed. The truck was able to be picked up before the heavy snow fall. Job well done with getting the items / parts ordered under warranty in a timely manor. She was a pleasure to work with.

i expected This visit to be a simple drop my key off and we will call you when we’re done situation. I arrived and waited 10 mins before I was helped. Once I was helped the service agent walked out to my vehicle and preceded to examine the inside driver side door for some reason. This was the second visit to fix a problem with the exterior paint on the outside driver side rear passenger door. By this point I had now showed 6 different people the same thing over the course of the last 6 days. Everyone showed a lot of promise like they really wanted to help but the endgame failed every time. After the service I found it difficult to take my service agent seriously as his entire agenda was formatted to receive good feedback from this survey. I will give credit where credit is due. Due to all the circumstances surrounding my entire purchase the only people that deserve credit and or my professional respect is Blake Vancura, and Cody Edwards. Blake is a great salesman and Cody helped ease the strain/unnecessary stress caused by the handling of my purchase. I will finally say the work requested was finally completed to my full satisfaction. I hope to not come again anytime soon.
