I know there are aftermarket parts on my truck but I dropped my truck off for over a week. A week to track down an electrical problem is more than enough time even without wiring diagrams. My issue was not resolved and I’m not at all satisfied. I am a chiller and generator technician and if I went to my boss after having a unit for 8 days and told him I couldn’t fix it I would be looking for a new job.

It was the worst experience I have had to deal with in long time between the dealership and Chrysler I had very little help with the problem with my vehicle that was still under warranty was on the phone 4 plus hours and I didn't get updated calls had no car for the weekend it was in the shop

Kristen did a good job, however I was not impressed with the fact that your parts dept. Had to order all the parts rather than having them in stock. I was not happy getting a jeep compass for a rental rather than something more comparible to my Hellcat.
