When I dropped the car off and discussed checking various concerns like condition of spark plugs- check the history codes as why I see a check engine light at times -excessive exhaust at times when I start the car after it sits for a prolonged time- checking to see if I’m leaking transmission oil - checking what may cause at times that one of my daytime running light is going out- all seems to had been forgotten when i came to pick the car up - I simply got an I’m sorry I forgot to note those concerns- my breaks were squeaking too and got an explanation that it was water and it was taken care of - not really sure that was truest addressed nor explained - and on top of that after dropping $1200 I come out to my car and it wasn’t washed nor given a quick vac nor even my windows cleaned - the jeep dealer in port Angeles at least did that on a regular basis -you guys couldn’t seem to get me to the cashier quick enough though- needless to say you’ve lost my business.
