I reported my heat wasn't working, it's probably the blend door actuator. Please diagnose why it isn't working.
I was charged $150 to confirm that the actuator isn't working. It would be another $150 to actually fix the issue.
Very disappointed.

This summer we were blown away by the service we received and truly grateful. This time, the rep who helped me, Austin, was unpleasant from the second I walked through the door. He acted annoyed at nearly every interaction I had with him, even by phone. I also do not appreciate being pushed to do a service that is no even due - specifically being leaned on for an oil change when my truck showed 56% oil life left. It was slimy and now I have a loss of confidence. I have no desire to hear from Austin and do not wish to be called by him.

Filled out paper work on toyota, instead of jeep. Took three days to do half a days work. Did not do all the work requested (reattach rear window defroster wire. DID Not CALL had to go to service dept for answers. And still had to return latter to pick up my jeep on third day.

Communication was horrible. I called and left messages several times and did not get a call back for 4 hours!! At that time it was about 6pm. Your service writer kept trying to sell me this bs transmission service that I know I did not need. I brought my truck in for the transmission shifting hard or not at all. Was told it was low on fluid and my response was to top it off and look for leaks. He was adamant about doing a transmission service. Why in the hell would I do a $300 service on a transmission that isn't shifting properly? With 60k miles on it? I'll take my business elsewhere from now on. Do not contact me.
