I was blown away by the way I was treated. Before I even walked through the door I was greeted by Alexander. He had all the paperwork ready for signatures. The oil change took about 30mn. Alexander was very efficient , polite & attentive. Employees like Alexander are hard to come by. I’ll definitely be coming back to West Hills for all my future car needs. Alex and Mark both went over and above to help us when the repairs to our truck totaled up over $11,000. It would have been nice to not to have to pay for a rental car, but they paid for 3 days of it, which helped, and they covered the repairs when we had to bring the truck back again a few days later.

I am a subscriber to the loyalty program. However, you did not supply your representative with appropriate data for him to NOT attempt to give me a bill that is 2x the cost of a normal oil change!
Before I could receive any service whatsoever, I had to wait nearly an hour! I showed up 30 minutes early because my 2 previous visits DID NOT HONOR APPOINTMENTS! Meaning, I show up on time but do not get service for several minutes! Why would you create an expectation by scheduling and appointment only to NOT deliver on that expectation? Showing up 3o minutes early clearly demonstrated to me that your department struggles to manage customers with any sort of consistency, except for a long wait followed by a rep that oddly has no idea what my status is as a customer, or has rated me as a non-priority that is not important; clearly all the other customers in the building are more important than honoring my appointment time. Dishonoring an appointment is the definition of weak integrity. Do you allow you employees to show up to work over 30 minutes late? How does your organization define Integrity? I am curious because I signed up to be "loyal" and your whole department has no idea unless I tell them (not your rep, I am talking about the organization). Well then, how can anyone expect anyone to treat anyone a certain way if they are unaware of their customer-status? I can not expect to be treated like a loyal customer if after 3 consecutive visits the rep has to backtrack and spend more time figuring things out because they did not know what I already established upon purchasing my vehicle. This is just odd and strange!
Further, your rep attempted to get me to sign a document giving you permission to work on the body of the vehicle after siting supposed "markings" on the right-rear as though the body of the vehicle was damaged from something. This puzzled me since I know that I have not harmed the body of my vehicle whatsoever. So I did not want to sign the document or permit anyone to work on the body of the car because, a) it is not necessary, b) it takes longer, c) if you are attempting to get me to sign the document so that you can legally charge me money, then you have made it clear what your interests are in me as a customer: to get as much money out of me as you can despite never having impressed me even once. If you want me to buy more stuff, then you have to prove to me that it is worth my hard earn money. Knowing that my vehicle had no damage, I stepped outside to inspect what the rep had sited on a diagram of the vehicle. It was nothing but dried bird doo-doo, which I was able to remove myself in under 30 seconds!
All of these things cost valuable TIME! TIME IS MONEY, FOR YOU AND FOR ME!
Your rep was clearly mismanaged!
What is so complicated about:
1) being received at the time of the scheduled appointment?
2) being charged according to a pre-set plan that has been documented extensively in contracts?
3) looking ahead and treating me according to what I signed up for and what my potential future purchases might be if your service approach is successful?

Everything was excellent until I tried to make a call back to the service department I was told I would get a call back waited 1hr 15 minutes no response called back got sent to a voicemail no response called again same thing drove there a total of 2hrs 15 min later still no call back everything else was professional. But if no one is available in the service department to answer questions I will take my business elsewhere in the future if you can clean that up you have a great service thanks for listening
