I’ve been coming here since the first oil change for my Durango and I can honestly say that Troy has been the BEST service manager I’ve dealt with. He went above and beyond by accommodating my husband’s request (stemming from a problem 2 oil changes ago. A service manager was supposed to have followed up with my husband months ago but never did) which gave him peace of mind. I actually told my husband because of the problems I’ve had with your dealership (service dept) I was going to go back to Toyota at West Hills for servicing because they’ve always been thorough and diligent but since Troy has been so wonderful I think I’m going to give your dealership another try. I think I may begin to request him as my service manager when I book an appointment.

Daryl told me my vehicle could not be worked on due to my blow and go my blow and go was not locked out and I believe that a technician could have done a diagnostic of my problem but I was told that I needef to get my vehicle towed away before Monday. I am part of a lot of car groups on Facebook and I'm going to tell them not to go to West hills Dodge dealership due to poor customer service.

This time unfortunately I did not receive good communication about status of my vehicle the first two days. I had to contact the service department multiple times to get any information. This is not the norm and was a little disappointed in the lack of communication.
