Jacob was friendly, made some light hearted small talk which was appreciated. Also since I arrived early he was able to get me in early and I was able to make it back to work in a more timely fashion. Nice guy.

Jacob was wonderful and I appreciate all he did to keep me informed. He listened to my concerns and made sure the tehcs were aware of them so they could make accurate recommendations. I was not happy with the initial service. My appointment was at 9. I called many times between 12 and 1 to get a status. I expected to hear by 12 and was not happy I had not. Jacob was kind when he returned my call.
