I was told when I come in for 1st oil change to mention that the GM was going to give me 3 years free oil change because of my poor experience buying my 7 Jeep from you guys , and the counter person would not address this issue and when I come next time , my concern is it will be 6 months past buying my keep and it will be forgotten and no one will put this in the system, I am concerned that this will be forgotten and not in system, So that is my was my experience, Thank you, I was wondering why it takes 1.5 hours when you have an appointment why so long

When I made the appointment for this recall repair, I specifically asked if the required parts were in stock. The person scheduling the appointment checked with the parts department and assured me that the parts were in stock. So, the day of the appointment, we drove 45 minutes and dropped the truck off. After driving home and about 4 hours later, we were informed that the parts were on back order and the repair couldn’t be done.
