I came in for an oil change. I was asked if there were any concerns. I told the gentleman my concerns and was told they would check it out and they never did and when I questioned it, he said he didn’t remember me asking about my concerns. This is not the first time this has happened to me at this service center. I wouldn’t go back but I prepaid for oil changes. Very disappointed! On another note when I was in before they said my brakes needed to be done. I never got them done. This time they said they did an inspection and everything looked good. So how can I trust a company that tells me two different things. I feel like I’m always being scammed when I go there. I would not recommend this place. They get a zero out of 10

I felt I was being sold services that may not have been required. When I complained about the price of those services they decreased the price. I don’t appreciate that kind of sales when it comes to service. Seemed like your service person was working on a commission. That is just plain wrong.

Made an appointment 2 weeks in advance for a recall, the night before a customer service representative called and confirmed the appointment also mentioning if I had to cancel please be sure to call. On the day of the appointment 11/3/2020 @2:00 my husband took time off work to be there. 40 minutes after he got there he was told the part wasn't even in!! Christine Ortiz

I was told to call if I was going to be late. I showed up 15 mins early and stood in the cold until they decided to let me in at exactly 730. So it’s cool if I stand in the cold but it’s not cool if I’m 2 mins late? Customer service was horrible at drop off and pick up. Everyone was pissed off. I think every person hated their job and it rubbed off on the customers. Simply the place sucked. I don’t even want to go back but unfortunately I bought a vehicle there and have to get my service done there.
