I never feel as though my vehicle is treated with respect. I watched the tech put my truck in gear before he came to a complete stop. The papers and plastic were left in the truck. I was told problems were being corrected, but I've yet to see that.

Krys was great. She explained everything very well, and was very helpful by answering all the questions I had. The problem was that she had to spend too much energy apologizing for the dealership being unable to solve my problem. The technicians were able to figure out the problem, but the dealership policy is that you can’t use aftermarket parts, even though Chrysler-Jeep no longer has the parts needed in their supply chain. Just bad manufacturer support and dealer policy.

Troy did everything he could. The problem was the delay in getting parts. The part from Detroit was supposed to arrive in 48 hours by air, but instead took more than 3 days. Another part that was supposed to come in a few hours took 2 days. This, coupled with the technicians scheduled vacation, meant a five day repair took two weeks. This was out of Troy’s control, and he did his best to keep us informed. He was pleasant and courteous.

I requested an oil change because my car was there for 3 days and I was told it would be done. When I picked up my truck I was told the oil change was not performed . I live a long way away from West Hills in Hansville. My husband was angry!
