The gentleman who checked me in was great. All my questions were answered, even the ones they had nothing to do with my appointment. The only thing I was not pleased with was the amount of time it took to change my oil. If I have an appointment I would hope the oil change would take as much time or less than it takes when I drop into a Jiffy Lube. A quality oil change should not take 90+ minutes.

I was given the wrong information, and the issue was not resolved on my vehicle. I brought my service contract with me to show what was covered and should have been repaired. But she told me no, and my contract was still pending, and it takes a month before the contract can have a claim made. Yet it has been over a month. Had to leave the dealership on a unsafe tire and drive over 30 miles back home on the tire.
