Danielle was very courteous and prompt with information regarding the repair of my vehicle.
Not to take away from the great service Danielle provides, but I’ve got to tell you Alex was awesome! We pulled into the lot with my Jeep on a trailer and Alex went right to work providing me all the information I needed to park my broken vehicle, and providing courteous assistance and guidance on were to park my truck and trailer (very limited on parking that day).
He and Danielle are great members of your team!

I did however want to let you know that I have received conflicting information when it came to the inspection reports that I received after oil changes. One time I was told I needed new brake pads and tires only to take it elsewhere and find out that I didn't need either. Also had my oil changed a week ago, was told I definitely had an oil leak, made a appointment for a week later to fix it (today) and then I was told I didn't have an oil leak. I realize anyone can make mistakes but i live 45 min from the dealership and wasting a whole day wasn't very pleasant. Also the numbers never make sense on the inspections, one oil change my tires will be a 4 and the next oil change it was a 5, same kind of examples for my brake pads. I used to absolutely be a dodge guy (I still have a 2001 Dakota 4×4) but I have had both valve cover gaskets done, a manifold gasket done, door handle broke, something in my heater needed fixed that cost me $800... in only 3 years of owning it starting with 17,000 miles. I can't honestly say I would recommend buying a Dodge to anyone with the quality I see today.

The salesperson or services representative did an awesome job, but when it came to the services of the vehicle I was a bit disappointed as I would have like a full inspection. I know you do a basic inspection but if the car doesn't sound right to you need to inform the customer of your findings and consult when a repair is needed, if so. Plus all the other dealership do it to make sure the customer is happy with the service and they do this without extra cost to the customer. That little extra to attention to detail helps.

Danielle was polite and professional, No shuttle anymore (can someone pick you up?” and “out of rental cars” but for the life of me, i can’t believe how my oil change was $117, AFTER 10% military discount. This is a small 4 cylinder engine, not a performance car using the extra quarts of full synthetic. Took a good five minutes at pick up figure out why it was the $79 estimated, and i was told it was a “full synthetic just like my last oil changes with us before” yet my service record shows an entry of “synthetic blend” was used previously. I’ve seen this happened before at West hills as i watched a different writer (while my writer was running down why my jeep had a check engine light AFTER i paid and was trying to drive off) who couldn’t explain why the work documented didn’t match what the writer said, and the customer billed. Really disappointing. I would have left telling folks west hills is “fine” with $75 dealer oil change, but for $117 after discount, i’m done recommending you all.

What is totally unsatisfactory is your egregious overreaction to the minor risk of Corona Virus.
If there were 7 deaths in Kitsap County which has a population of 200,000 that means we have a .000035 chance of getting it AND dying from it. Almost totally insignificant.
You should leave the choice and the medical risk to the customer.
I will think twice before returning to West Hills Chrysler where I am forced to wear an effective and useless mask.

I’m furious. I was told you wouldn’t work on my vehicle unless you sprayed chemical disinfectant inside that would last 30 days. You could have used a $20 UV light to accomplish a better result. I’ve spent 25 years in welding and manufacturing. My body can’t take any more chemicals. Les Schwab doesn’t do this. This is completely the choice of your dealership. The prevention is worse than the slim chance of CV flu, which is more media fear hype like the Iraq War or 20’ sea level rise.
I was forced to leave without service and lost an entire morning of billable time. This **** truck is falling apart and has already had 4 recalls.
I will trade in this truck or return it to the bank before the next oil change. You lost a repeat Dodge customer. Expect a google review stating the same.
