Appointment was scheduled for 830 for an oil change, approximately one hour. Came back to the dealership at 11 with no phone call to find truck ready. Was charged 150 diagnostic fee to look at a backup sensor that obviously couldn't be fixed on the spot. Estimate for oil change was too little, because apparently west hills doesn't know the amount of oil a 2500 takes.

Everything was good until i realized coming back home all the way to Bainbridge and looking over my past services that you guys always checked under my vehicle and I was told it wasnt done this time but thought at that moment that was what you guys always did, no, i was wrong, i trusted that the services dep would always give me the same consistent service not randomly skip a certain area of the multi point inspection

Troy is absolutely wonderful at resolving problems, customer service and understanding someone else's point of view. I have had a less than desirable service for about three months now and Troy really took the time to explain what was going on and then he righted a severe wrong. Employees like Troy create loyalty and satisfaction. My service rating for you guys on scales of 1-10 was at a -2 and Troy brought it back to at least an 8. I'm still upset about the radio and lack of communication but mistakes happen and Troy has done all he could to make it right. Thank you, Troy!!!
I would also like to mention Max, he was involved in this debacle as well and though everyone was busy Max overheard some of what was happening and both he and Troy tag teamed an issue for me and I felt taken care of. Max didn't have to jump in but he did and that was really nice to see that those two care about all the customers not just waiting for their own to walk through the door. Thank you, Max!!!

Hidden costs or 'fees' are akways bothersome to me. Why can't you be upfront with the costs one will incur for simple oil change and tire rotation. As far as I am concerned, you should not charge anything for tire rotation. Seems a bit greedy
