My appointment was at 10:45 and didn't finish my vehicle until 3:45pm. Had other people come and left even before me. They broke and sheared off one of my bolt on the transmission. Got updated 2 times. I don't think I will be bring my car back there. If this is the kind of Service I get, I would not likely buy a car from your dealership.

The entire experience was horrible and I would not recommend this dealership based on my unsatisfactory experience.
My brand new Jeep was scratch and seat damaged and headliner has black marks on it above driver side.
The entire time my car was in service accept the last week until after I called and complained there was a huge lack of communication. The transmission had to be replaced in a brand new Jeep and I was waiting for a call when it arrived. It was two days after it was received and already in the vehicle and me calling that I found out about this and it was not from my service Rep.
I have filed a complaint and will be calling the service manager

This is second time to fix problem with heater on drivers side. Still not fixed. I was told by Keys that I will have to leave it for 3 to 4 days. If you can't find the problem then if I have to leave it. I should be provided with a rental car.
