When I received my vehicle my oil life status had not been reset and after driving about 8 miles from the dealership my low wiper fluid light came in which once something that was supposed to have been filled during my service! After all of the issues I’ve had with this dealership with service I highly doubt any customers vehicles are truly given the proper checks and services they require!

After having to call back 5/6 times from being hung up on or sent to VM so I'm definitely not satisfied with the customer service I received from the parts department, and costing me an extra $120 fixing something I didn't authorized to touch or fix.

I saw that my truck was pulled out and parked, for over ten minutes nobody told me anything. After additional time passed, I asked what was going on, nobody could find the guy helping me. I don't remember her name but a woman finished checking me out, she said that there were maintenance concerns and they were waiting for the parts people to price out the recommended repairs. This has never happened before, any additional maintenance was always discussed before my truck was brought out front. When looking at the paperwork the additional work was priced out. I think she was making an excuse for the missing individual, I probably would have had the work done. Worst experience at your facility ever.
