I have had problems since I purchased my vehicle. From being mislead to Purchase to now on my first oil change with this company and they messed it up. I paid extra money to not have to worry about my car to now think of trading it in and going somewhere else that may be able to help me they way I want.
I was told my oil filter wasn’t torqued down all the way and to be honest I’m not very comfortable with a company not paying attention to the minor details of my suv. I was told I could get my gps on my screen from salesman and I’m now being told I can’t that because uconnect. I need some answers and I need them soon or I will not continue business with your company.

The problems with the service are as follows. #1 no oil change sticker on the windshield. #2 the safety inspection which also is supposed to include the report on tire condition was omitted. usually, you gage the depth and the tread life of the tires. Not done.#3 although Max is very nice, he did not come through with the promise of a car wash.
My advice to Max is when you call a customer to tell him the job is finished, make sure the job is finished!
