There is some confusion with how the service department handles customers. With the Covid19 pandemic there are clear instructions posted on the entrance to the service department asking customers to wait in their car and service writer will be out to help them. I followed those instructions and while I was waiting 2 other people drove parked. They disregarded the written request walked in and were helped before me. If instructions are going to posted for the public to follow shouldn’t the service advisors adhere to them as well.

My appointment for transmission service was 10:30am. At about 12:30pm I was told my truck is done. When I arrived at the shop i was told it is not ready yet and I have to wait for another 1 1/2 to 2 hours. I was not able to pick up my truck till about 3:30pm.
