It took 2 hours to change my oil and rotate the tires. Plus I was quoted $75. Then charged $107. When I questioned it the guy just shrugged his shoulders. I've used you guys for all my services and today was by far the worst experience I've had.

For a customer who had never been to your service department before it was very confusing. There was alot of vehicles randomly parked outside no clear direction on what to do but it worked out where I was thank goodness both one had to leave the spots beside me. Also when I 1st called to schedule my appointment the lady that answered the phone was very short and seemed incredibly put out my me calling and couldnt just tell me some dates and times that were available. I ended up scheduling online instead of calling back and getting her again. I wish I would have gotten her name! Steven was great I didnt have to wait long to be greeted and he was pleasant. I was told an hour and I waited over 2 so that should have been communicated better. Overall I am satisfied and will come back.

There is nothing that the representative can do at this point. I sat at the dealership for over two hours waiting for an oil change that should’ve only been one. When I was told it would be 20 more minutes, and they were behind it was another 45 minutes before I was asked sign the paperwork. I had an app it at 4:30 and left at 6:45. I was never told they were running behind, but I was informed that they had taken walk-ins that day ahead of me. I would’ve liked to be told they were an hour behind. I would’ve rescheduled. I was asked if it was “ok to wait”. I had no other option, you had my car. I may not return. Thanks.
