I'm completely baffled how a pre- scheduled oil change can turn into an over two hour ordeal. I like having the dealership do services, but frankly my time is worth something. The experience was most unpleasant simply because it took so long. I'm seriously contemplating Jiffy Lube for all future oil changes. Nobody even bothered to explain why an oil change took two hours.

Patrick Duncan is a professional service advisor. I appreciated his professionalism. He assured me that he would have information about my car at 10:00am and sure enough! It was at that time when he told me the results of my Jeep Grand Cherokee’s diagnostic testing and also about my brake fluid flush. I asked Patrick if he could give me some information about a recall of my leather dashboard and he could not find it anywhere in my file in the service computers. Patrick took photos of my dashboard and made a copy of my recall letter to follow up and include in my digital files...Patrick was a pleasure to work with today! Paid almost 800 bucks for 30k service and you forgot to put any oil back in my 2016 Ram 2500 Laramie! I drove almost 200 miles on little to no oil and all I got was "oops"..
Thanks for putting oil back in my $60k truck. Never again will you touch it or have my business

Up front, no complaints about Steve he was honest and helpful. He was just the person at the counter when I walked in the door. However, the tires I had the appointment (3 week lead time) to install were not in ready so the service took a week instead of 2 days it was scheduled for. Poor coordination by the service department .
