The people were great! Super friendly, kind and helpful. I came in for a scheduled oil change and then asked for my luggage racks (2) to be thrown in. It was a 2.5 hour wait, which felt long. Maybe that’s standard.

My only complaint is the how long I had to wait for an appointment. All of the staff has been welcoming and attentive. I also think that having to be reminded that getting a score of 10 is appreciated. This was not Alex. This happens every time I come in. I understand that scores are important to your organization but I think that telling a customer that scoring a ten every time is a little silly. I would think you would appreciate real feedback. Some customers may feel bullied into giving a higher score than may have given.

Alex is a fantastic dude!!!! Great service skills and getting the info to me super fast! I will always be coming back specifically to him with any of my car needs in the service department! The car came back with the gas light on and we had dropped it off half full and he went out of his way to get it filled for us!! Super nice guy!

Darcey was totally amazing and incredibly helpful. After dealing with a previous rep she stepped in and wanted to make it right. She went above and beyond helping fight with the warranty company. I knew she had my back from day one. She communicates clearly what was going on with my Jeep every time she had information. She also responded to my texts quickly. The previous tech left a really bad taste, he was rude and condescending. Grateful that I got to move forward with Darcey in my corner.
