First I didnt appreciate the person setting my appointment stating that she is not surprised my vehicle was having a leak due to amount of miles. Also stating it has a 6gt oil capacity it will be fine. I dropped my car off the night before my schedule appointment. My schedule appointment was at 8:30 am. All I was asking for the service team to do was lift the vehicle and check for any leaks. I had my jeeps transmission and oil change done there last time it was in. I receive a call from steven stating that the diagnosis would cost 135 dollars. Apparently appointment setters dont leave notes of why the vehicles are there. I called back and spoke to patrick and advised him of what I was a asking to be done with my vehicle. About an hour later steven calls to advise me that I would have to pay 135 dollar diagnosis fee and I told him that's outrageous and that all I was asking was for a leak to any prior areas they had done work. I stopped at the service center at roughly 11:30 to find out that my car has not even been started. I was told that my car would be finished at 1PM. Simple but thorough check should take 15 mins. Steven calls me at 1 explaining that a pressure fitting on transmission lines where the cause of the leaks and that the only way to fix it would be new transmission cooler lines. When I picked up my jeep steven couldn't even answer me correctly if it's the threaded pressure fitting going into the intercooler that was leaking or where the rubber hose connects to the metal line was leaking. The tech stated both metal lines need to be replaced. I was hesitant due to the lack of knowledge whether it's the threaded pressure fitting or a simple house clamp on the other end and the rubber hose needing to be replaced. Regardless I have spent over 1500 dollars on my jeep being serviced there. I will not have my vehicle serviced there again

Long wait (>2 hr), told 1 hr. Found oil spilled in engine and frame. Had to p-wash under. Air cleaner box not secured. Oil prints on steering wheel. Tech found battery was weak — thanks for that. Also tire pressure low and fixed.

My used ram was showing a little hesitation. When I contacted Jeremy I said just change the fuel filter but he suggested he run a diagnostic in case something else was a problem. Real good advise. Diagnostic showed a coil problem which was under warranty. Truck was ready the next day. Thank you Jeremy.

While Danielle was very nice and understanding, what I am extremely dissatisfied with us that a part needed to repair my Jeep is no longer available. So am I supposed to discard my vehicle? I can't afford a new vehicle. If this is how Chrysler Jeep Dodge runs budiness, I will be taking any future purchases elsewhere. Not providing parts us unacceptable!!!

Pat Duncan was great, however, the management of work scheduling was Poor. I had to wait 2.5 hours after my scheduled appointment time which in turn caused me to cancel an extremely important medical appointment. The work on my vehicle only took approximately 1.5 hours. If it had started at the appointed time, than multiple other professionals would not have had their schedules affected.
