Where to start Sarah is such a professional caring respected respectful enthusiastic great person they keep your head up and keep you in the loop about what's going on all the time help you with every little thing she can and goes above and beyond what she supposed to do to actually help out she is what customer service is all about what customer service should be because of her professional attitude and her professional way of being that is what would make me want to come back to West hills Ford because of someone like Sarah Richardson she knows what she's doing she knows how to handle it and she can give you the definition verbally and not Missing a beat she's that good he's also very multi-taskable. That's what I said if we're going our way and taking her time and helping me out with the problems I had to get everything sorted and situated and get me back on the road again so thank you to Sarah Richardson for an awesome job 100% great customer service and customer satisfaction I appreciate it. I was disappointed my car wasn’t ready when I needed to leave. I had to take a loaner and then drive back to exchange cars. My new car wasn’t detailed when I received it, and still had plastic everywhere. When I arrived for my appointment, I was clear about having an another appointment that I needed to get to. I think you could have done a better job with the delivery.

Things went well. Only thing was the last time i got an oil channge they said next time it will be time to change the fuel and other filters. This time they told me next time closer to 20,000 miles. Put the money i had set aside back in my account, hope i dont spend it before next oil change. I do have a question. I think they have me on a 3,000 mile change rate. Is it ok to go more miles between oil changes?
