I already relayed my concern. We were charged $475 for diagnostic work. There was clearly a misunderstanding on the charge per diagnostic. We had hoped you could look over our vehicle and provide a quote to fix each item. Instead we paid nearly $500 for you to tell us the same thing the dashboard was telling us when we brought it in. After the $500 we didn’t have the budget to fix the items discovered! On a side note, the left blinker is broken, blinks too fast, and this was not noted or fixed during the inspection.

My tires were not rotated and it took 30 minutes longer than expected. I would be ok with the extra time but to then not perform a requested service and pass it off as done gives me trust issues.

My oil change took 3 1/2 hours to complete. Nobody could tell me why my appointment at 1 wasn't completed until 4:30. We were waiting in the lobby, which they knew, but no one updated us. They instead sent an email to my house at 3:03 "Hi John,Don't worry, we haven't forgotten about you. I'll make sure to keep you informed about your vehicle. Thanks!Christoph Waggoner Not a word was said to us about OUR truck's service while we waited.
