This is my second time working with Chelsea and she has been fantastic both times. Excellent at keeping me informed and explaining everything, great attitude and energy, and both professional and personable at all times. My experience working with Chelsea has been far superior to some sub-par customer service experiences working with the Mazda service department before it moved buildings.

Extremely long wait for the repairs to my Transit 250. After receiving a quote of two days for the repair I did not get the vehicular back until 11 days later. Sarah was very nice but clearly the repair tech staff was short on skills or simply the physical ability to complete they’re task in a specified time. When a vehicle is in for any repair and the amount of time is grossly over what was quoted it leads a customer to believe there was other issues such as broken or damage done during the repair and in turn needing more time to cover or fix they’re mistakes. More communication would have been appreciated.

Brenda Dunn was fabulous!! After my clutch was replaced and car picked up, the transmission failed the next day. I went to see Brenda about it because the two items are related and I thought something happened during the previous repair. She said no problem and had me bring my car back to be checked. Turned out to be another warranty covered item and I was good to go. If I have any other problems I would love to work with Brenda Dunn again even though she's a fleet worker vice the little guy like me. She's great at putting me at ease for a first time customer ????

I had an 11:30 appointment for an oil change,I arrived a little after 11. Had a walk around inspection of my car(first time). Did not get my car back until 1:30. Totally unacceptable. My car was taken to the Toyota dealership for the oil change. My appointment was at the Ford dealer. Won't be back again. I bought the car there.
