Yes i was satisfied, however you should have seen that i had a recall on the vehicle when i was in the last time. That visit was well after the recall notice. Unfortunately i had forgotten about it and you didn’t see it on your records.
Spend less money on your surveys and devote a little to creating an alert when a vehicle is in for services anyway. Should save you some money and improve customer service.

This was my 1st oil change on my new 2019 F150.
The service department was short staffed and the simple oil change took 3 hours to complete
The service rep was quite apologetic, but this was not a good 1st experience. I hope for better next time.
