Christoph Waggoner was absolutely awesome. He kept me up to date on my vehicle status. Gave me a good time frame, good conversation and was overall friendly and kind. He answered any questions I had, and I had several. This was my first time visiting West Hills as we just moved here and the service to my car was done well and in a timely manner and my overall experience was great. I hope to have him as my advisor again and receive the same level of service again. ????

The rest of the service department, a 3 stars. This was not the service people although they put my trailer brake in upside down and I had to ask to change it, but they were not trained to install a trailer brake in a tow vehicle. This is a fault of management and Ford.
Also, the sales team just left me high and dry. Never called me back asked if I was taken care of. I guess they only care until you buy, not beyond.
Originally I liked the sales team but am now disappointed in Justin and Jeremy.
The only reason I was taken care of was because I called corporate. Otherwise, with the exception of Sarah, who wants to give good service and does, I would be sitting here waiting.
